  4. Your EPC

    Your EPC is lodged on the official EPC register and emailed to you. If anything isn't clear, just ask.

It helps to have these ready: insulation guarantees or receipts, boiler details, window dates, and solar or heat pump certificates. They help the assessor record your home accurately.
